DEC Bills Get A New Look Starting In May

Your electric bill is getting a revamp! Starting in May, DEC is implementing several changes to your monthly account statement. One of the most notable changes will be the addition of a large circle graphic, highlighting the amount owed at the top of the page. The redesign will also include the addition of the due date of your payment on the bill stub. Another major change will provide an energy breakdown to accompany the member’s yearly energy usage chart, comparing the member’s usage at the date of the bill to what it was a month ago, and a year ago. These changes and others have been included in our bill’s redesign in response to member feedback, as well as our desire to present your billing information in the most streamlined, easy-to-understand format possible.
