Make Sure Your Account Information is Up to Date

Keeping your Co-op account information up to date is important. It makes it easy for DEC to reach you with information and updates in the event of a major outage. Just as importantly, it makes it easy for you to contact us when you need to report an outage. Help us help you by updating your account information today! Simply log into your SmartHub account online or through the DEC Connect app. From there, go to your settings and check to make sure all your information is current. Once you have made your changes, click or select the "Save" option on your screen to finalize your updates. Unlike other companies, DEC will never share your information with third party organizations. If you do not have a SmartHub account, visit the Contact page on our website and fill out the requested fields, selecting the "Update Contact Information" under the Category selection heading.
