Thank you for your interest in lighting service with Delaware Electric Cooperative.  After submitting your application via the webform below, DEC will process your request and provide you with a contract. If you submitted your request through the webform, you will receive a contract to sign electronically via email. Members who would prefer to request lighting service and receive their contract via regular mail may call 855-332-9090 ext. 258 or 855-332-9090. No matter how you receive your contract, please sign, and return one copy of the contract to DEC and then keep a copy for your records. After we receive your signed contract, one of our field engineers will visit your property to design the job. Unless they need additional information, the field engineer will not contact you during the process and you may see small flags or markings on your property that will assist our crews in installing your lighting service. Once the job is designed, your project will be assigned to one of our crews and they will install the lighting service. It may take 4-6 weeks for lighting to be installed after a contract is signed.
