Manage your account, view and pay your bill, report service issues, receive important notices, and monitor your energy usage. SmartHub can help you take control of your account like never before. SmartHub has several features that make managing your account as easy as possible. Whether through the web, or your smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS), you’ll be able to pay your bill, contact customer service and get the latest news. As soon as you log in, you’ll be able to view your billing history and make a payment with just a couple of clicks. You’ll be able to see your current bill, along with bills from the previous months.

Making payments through SmartHub is fast and easy. The first time you make a payment either through the web or through your mobile device, you’ll be able to securely store your payment information for future transactions. The next time you need to pay your bill, it will only take a couple of clicks. You’ll also be able to see important notices with SmartHub. You’ll be able to select how you want to be notified about your bill, including email and text messaging. Reporting a service issue is a snap with the SmartHub mobile app. There’s no need to call the office, just let us know about the issue with a few clicks. There Are Two Ways To Set Up And Access a DEC SmartHub Account

DEC members can sign up for a SmartHub account on their desktop by clicking HERE. Google Chrome is the recommended browser when using SmartHub. Please follow the prompts to go through the setup process! You'll need the account number found on your bill and your zip code. After signing up, you'll receive an email to verify your email address and select a password. Members can also sign up for a SmartHub account by downloading the DEC Connect app on their mobile device. Directions on how to download the app are below.

DEC Connect is Delaware Electric Cooperative's SmartHub app for iPhones, iPads and Android tablets and phones.

Search for "DEC Connect" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.

Step 2

Set up an account. You'll need your account number found on your bill or online in your Co-op ebill/Smarthub account.

Already Have an Account?

If you have already signed up for a Smarthub/ebill account with DEC, you can log into the app using your email address and password. When you Sign up for an online account with DEC, you'll be able to pay your bill, manage your payments, and even report a power outage from a desktop or mobile browser.

Those who sign up for the app will also be able to use their email and password to access their account online.
