Check Out Your Electric Bill’s New Look This Month

Your electric bill is getting a revamp! Starting in May, DEC is implementing several changes to your monthly billing statement. One of the most notable changes will be the addition of a large circle graphic, highlighting the amount owed at the top of the page. The redesign will also include the addition of the due date of your payment on the bill stub. Another major change will provide an energy breakdown to accompany the member’s yearly energy usage chart, comparing the member’s usage over the past year.
