Update Your Account Information

Keeping your DEC account information up to date is essential, especially during major outages. The contact details you provide are what DEC uses to send you important updates — if they’re outdated, you might miss critical information. Accurate account info also makes it easier for you to reach the Co-op if your power goes out.
To review your details, simply log in to your SmartHub account using your computer or the DEC Connect app. Head to your settings and confirm that your contact information is accurate. If you make any changes, don’t forget to select “Save” to ensure your updates are recorded. If you don’t have a SmartHub account, just go to the “Contact” page on delaware.coop. There, you can fill out the necessary fields and choose “Update Contact Information” from the “Category” dropdown menu.
