Members will be unable to access Smarthub, DEC’s online bill payment portal, on Saturday, July 25. The Co-op’s app, DEC Connect, will also be offline. We are performing critical updates to the portal and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All payment and outage reporting systems should be available again on Sunday, July 26.
